Today we welcome Marion Nestle, the Paulette Goddard Professor of
Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University.
An icon in the food movement, Nestle’s research examines
scientific and socioeconomic influences on food choice, obesity,
and food safety, emphasizing the role of food marketing.
Nestle coined the term “vote with your fork”. Effectively,
this mantra empowers us all to reevaluate our food choice as a
daily decision and endorsement to how we see the future. For
